History of the Band

michaels' @ maximum were set up in August 2003 when in May of the same year, Colm Rooney came to Ciarán O'Kelly with the idea of recording an entire album in one night. Several weeks later, the band, who had been friends from school, came together to produce the album. The album, named 11 hours was such a success, the four members decided to continue on in its spirit, by endlessly pursuing the quest for inspiration in the most unlikely of places. They are now michaels' @ maximum

Sardinia

The Michaels flew to the land of the Nuraghi in Feb 2004 for the General's 21st birthday- Establishing a unique Sardinian fan base, and coming home with a new song based on the venture, it seems to have been worthwhile.
